Deposits are NOT refundable unless the related Product(s) is NOT available. Therefore any cancelled order for personalized or custom-made Product(s) will NOT be refunded.

1) RETURN POLICY & Warranties
Our Chocolates are food products.
Therefore, for health/sanitary reasons, we cannot accept any return nor refunding of Chocolates.
Clothing Accessories – GuayaBeras & TBeras
Bespoke Leather Guayaberas
Made to measures, personalized. We cannot accept any return nor refunding of Bespoke Leather GuayaBeras.
Fabric GuayaBeras
We provide a comprehensive measurements Chart per size, in order for our esteemed customers to check out in advance the chosen size that will eventually fit them best. Therefore, we cannot accept any refunding of any purchased Guayabera. In the specific case of an unopened package, provided that the customer takes charge of all handling and shipping fees, an exchange or credit of the same amount may be accepted to our sole discretion. In the case of an obvious manufacturing defect, an exchange or credit as well as any handling and shipping fee will be taken care of by Be CS Design Inc.
TBeras
We provide a comprehensive measurements Chart per size, in order for our esteemed customers to check out in advance the chosen size that will eventually fit them best. In addition customers are warned that, due to their design as well as used mix of fabric, our TBeras are fit and made to be worn in that fashion. Therefore, we cannot accept any refunding of any purchased TBeras. In the specific case of an unopened package, provided that the customer takes charge of all handling and shipping fees, an exchange or credit of the same amount may be accepted to our sole discretion. In the case of an obvious manufacturing defect, an exchange or credit as well as any handling and shipping fee will be taken care of by Be CS Design Inc.
Travel Bags – Duffel Bag & Carry On
Any Duffel Bag or Carry On with an obvious defect, including but not limited to a zip or wheel malfunction, an apparent large stain or hole affecting the leather, but excluding any scratch due to the use of such Travel Bag, is fully exchangeable within 30 days of its date of delivery.
Aviator Hats
We provide a comprehensive measurements Chart per size, in order for our esteemed customers to check out in advance the chosen size that will eventually fit them best. Any Aviator Hat with an obvious defect, including but not limited to an apparent stain on leather, a malfunction of a snap button but excluding any scratch due to the use of such Aviator Hat, is fully exchangeable within 30 days of its date of delivery.
Cigar Cases
Any Cigar Case with an obvious defect, including but not limited to an apparent stain on external leather or inside lining, a malfunction of a magnet button but excluding any scratch or mishandling due to the use of such Cigar Case, is fully exchangeable within 30 days of its date of delivery.
Works of Art – Ashtrays & Humidors
When personalized, may it be with provided design or otherwise, we cannot accept any return nor refunding of Ashtrays or Humidors Works of Art.
Ashtrays
We provide a comprehensive documentation for the proper use of our Ashtrays. Any Ashtray with an obvious defect, including but not limited to a malfunction of the opening mechanism but excluding any scratch or mishandling due to its use, is fully exchangeable within 30 days of its delivery date.
Humidors
We provide a comprehensive documentation for the proper use of our Humidors. Any Humidor with an obvious defect, including but not limited to a malfunction of the sliding Top but excluding any scratch or mishandling due to its use, is fully exchangeable within 30 days of its delivery date.

Any shipment of a deficient product is at your entire charge.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement or to a credit of the same value as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product with the shipping fees at OUR EXPENSE.
2) DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICIES
General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. With the exceptions of pre-orders Products and/or Products purchased in advance, if an item is not in stock at the time you place and pay for your order, we will notify you and —at your entire discretion— credit or refund you the total amount of your order.
Delivery Location, Sales taxes, Custom fees and brokerage & Shipping fees
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses provided by customers. We reserve all rights to refuse an order based solely on the delivery address.
Sales taxes, Customs fees and/or brokerage fees are at the entire charge of customers.
Due to orders worldwide and shipping locations in North America, Europe, or elsewhere, the Shipping costs provided in our online Catalog for our products are based on average flat rates. With the exception of Canadian based customers and/or Canadian delivery addresses, they do not include any Sales taxes, Customs fees and/or brokerage fees. If you would like to handle directly the Shipment of your purchases, please proceed with the payment of your chosen products without the Shipping option and contact us directly at info@becsdesign.store to make proper arrangements to that effect.
Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order and its payment in full.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Delivery Instructions & shipping costs
Shipping costs are mainly based on the weight and volume of your order. For Delivery instructions and Shipping costs, please refer to the above “Delivery Location, Sales taxes, Custom fees and brokerage & Shipping fees“ section.
Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please ask the person/entity who took care of the delivery to confirm this damage.
Also, kindly contact us immediately at info@becsdesign.store and join in attachment one or several pictures of the delivered package to show us the damage.
Questions
With the eventual exception of a shipping provider chosen by you, ALL shipments include a tracking number allowing you to follow up your parcel.

IN ADDITION, following are the specific terms and conditions of sale that apply to our customers.
Any order delivered by the buyer implies his full acceptance of our terms and conditions, which unless express consent from us, cannot be modified by contrary stipulations that would appear on the order of the buyer, in its general conditions of purchase or any other commercial document. Any verbal order must be confirmed in writing by the customer, as well as any amendment or resolution.
PRICES: All prices are exclusive of sales taxes, shipping costs, applicable tariffs, and brokerage fees. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time upon notice.
Order Cancellation: An order cannot be canceled in whole or part without our prior written consent. In case of cancellation of a pending order shipping, all goods already shipped will be automatically billed and payment is due in full.
RECOVERY: Merchandise returns are accepted under our expressed conditions stated within the relevant respective section, to the sole exception of a package that arrives damaged. Any complaint concerning a product defect must be made within 10 days of reception.
FORCE MAJEURE: Are considered as force majeure discharging Be CS Design Inc. of all damages and liability: the lockout, a total or partial strike of either supplies or on expeditions, including supplies. Are also considered force majeure, lack of transport equipment or delays attributable to carriers, and the fact of third parties and any administrative obstacles.
TRANSPORT: The goods are shipped and the risk and peril of the buyer. The buyer must verify the number and condition of the package. If necessary, it must make on the delivery ticket the usual reservations prior to discharge to the carrier.
WARRANTY: In general, it is for recipients to verify with the greatest care, on arrival, the condition of the goods, their compliance with the packing slip, and the lack of apparent anomalies.
Transport companies are solely responsible for damages, losses, etc. along the way, it is therefore up to the recipients to assert themselves their rights against carriers, which cannot invoke the lack of packaging they have checked and accepted initially.
We disclaim all responsibility for conservation and other issues beyond our premises.
Any complaint will be considered only if the buyer can prove that the delivery (if at his initiative) and storage premises were carried out under conditions consistent with the nature of the products, the professional and sanitary rules in use and that the goods have not been processed or handled.
Recommended conservation of our Chocolates: less than 70% humidity. Temperature between 15 ° and 20 ° C. Long term storage (warehouse or storage room) in a clean, dry and odorless space.

PAYMENT: The order date corresponds to the issue date of the invoice and acts as the payment starting point. The order is payable in full before it is sent.

Notwithstanding the preceding clause, the risks relating to the goods are borne by the Customers as soon as they come into their possession.
Any element of individualization of goods, marks affixed on the package, must be carefully maintained so that the property of the seller on all goods delivered is always determinable.
