    Coffee: Milk chocolate. Moka cream.
    Tea: White teas. Very dry green teas Sencha, Dradon Well, lightly infused. All green teas with half algea, fresh cut grass dominant aromas.
    Wines: All champagnes and sparkling wines: blanc de blanc to rosés as young and fresh. Sauvignon or chenin blanc based light white wines. Semi-dry white wines, Vouvray and similar.
    Spirits/Liqueurs: Vodkas, unflavoured. Raspberry eau-de-vie. Grappa, dry, clear and non flavoured. Very dry agricultural rums and strong white rums.
    Beers: Gueuze and Krieg/Kriek (cherry, raspberry, apricot, etc.). Blondes, mostly Lager or Pilsner types. Light red and amber beers, with no added aromas.

    Wines: Chardonnay based whites or any white wine with a dominant buttery- vanilla nose and palate. The majority of icewines and other late harvest or sweet wines (sauternes, etc.). White Ports.
    Spirits/Liqueurs: Tequila. Poire Williams. Barrel aged Grappa and Marc de Bourgogne. Rather mellow agricultural (traditional) rums.
    Beers: White (without citrus notes). Creamy brown light or strong beers. Stout, Imperial or not. Most Porters.
